Epoxy Resin Structural Adhesives

ergo.® structural epoxy resin adhesives are two-component reactive adhesives for high-strength and ageing-resistant bonding of heavy duty components. These products are designed for use in bonding metals, ceramics, ferrites, glass, wood and various plastics. Due to their high impact resistance and peel strength, they are mostly used in challenging industrial applications.

ergo.® structural epoxy resin adhesives offer excellent resistance to water, aliphatic solvents, oils, grease and diluted inorganic acids and bases. The bonded components can withstand temperatures between –60°C and +80°C (+140°C for special applications), depending on the product.

Advantages:

  • High-strength bonding with high impact resistance
  • Good peel resistance
  • Excellent resistance to aggressive media

Applications:

Bonding of Components
  • High strength bonds on all kinds of material pairs
  • Very high adhesive strength
  • High impact resistance and peel strength
  • Resistance to ageing
  • Application temperature between -60°C and +80°C (+140°)

Application examples:

  • metals industry
  • plastics industry
  • bonding of components
