Mayer & Mayer DX Series

The Mayer DX dispensing system is primarily designed for low to medium volume 2-component bonding and sealing applications, suitable for a wide range of viscosities. It combines the economics of bulk container supply with the undisputed advantages of accurate „Point of Application Metering” and mixing. The Mayer & Mayer DX Series dispensing system is the ultimate tool for assembly lines and for mobile applications where cartridge systems are too costly and fully integrated supply systems not yet justifiable. The units are of sturdy construction, compact, low weight, ergonomically designed and extremely easy to operate.

The DXBG dispenser features two large refillable component containers set above the metering unit. For accurate dispensing of a fixed ratio of the components the unit has integrated air driven metering pumps. The component outlet ports are fully separated assuring complete cross contamination free product dispense. A selector switch allows to set either continuous- or shot- dispensing mode. The unit is mounted on a sturdy stand and can be adjusted in height and for dispensing angle. For dispensing start the unit is equipped with a foot pedal.
The Dispenser is available in different standard and special mix ratios. In addition, according the material to be metered seal material EPDM or FFKM can be selected.

DXB Bench Dispenser

The innovative Mayer & Mayer DXB Dispensing System is primarily designed for low to medium volume 2-component bonding and sealing applications, suitable for a wide range of viscosities.
It combines the bulk container supply with the undisputed advantages of accurate „Point of Application Metering” and Mixing.
The Mayer & Mayer DXB series dispensing system is the ultimate tool for assembly lines and for static applications where cartridge systems are too costly and fully integrated supply systems are not yet justifiable.
The units are of sturdy construction, compact, low weight, ergonomically designed and extremely easy to operate.
The components are gravity fed and assisted by system vacuum from separate refillable containers into the integral DX Dispenser. The two materials are then forced by metering rods directly into a disposable static mixer, a separation nozzle for manual mix or a cartridge filling mandrel.
The system comprises two basic equipment, the DXBG Bench Dispenser for medium volume applications and the DXBS Bench Dispenser as small, economic, low cost version for all kind of low volume applications.

DXR / DXH System

The Mayer & Mayer DX series dispensing system is the ultimate tool for assembly lines and for mobile applications which require multiple dispensing points, mobility and reliability and where cartridge systems are too costly and fully integrated supply systems are not yet justifiable.
The units are of sturdy construction, compact, low weight, ergonomically designed and extremely easy to operate.

The system comprises two equipment, the DXR Refill Station and the DXH Dispenser.

DXR Refill Station

The DXR Fill station is specifically designed to make component refilling a most simple, clean and safe operation. The station contains two air operated barrel pumps with follower plate each mounted to a pneumatically operated lifting device. The unit has a specially designed quick coupling system with fully tight check valves. All functions are pneumatically operated which makes the system ideal for almost all working environments. The DXR has a base plate with lockable caster wheels. The DXR Fill station can accommodate common bulk containers such as pails, hobbocks and small drums.

DXH3 and DXH4 Dispensers

The DXH dispenser features two transparent refillable component containers with pneumatically assisted press-out pistons. For accurate dispensing of a fixed ratio of the components the unit has two integrated air driven metering pumps. The component outlet ports are fully separated assuring complete cross contamination free product dispense. A selector switch allows to set either continuous- or shot- dispensing mode. Other features include an ergonomically designed handle with dispensing trigger, a bracket for suspension mounting, integrated air tight component fill ports, air pressure regulator and comprehensive safety package.
The Dispenser is available in different standard and special mix ratios. In addition, according the material to be metered, container material PP or PA12 and seal material EPDM or FFKM can be selected.
